3D MODELING

BENDING - We perform bending services for sheet metal abcant presses of maximum sheet thickness up to 6mm, maximum lengths up to 6000mm. We have three CNC abcant presses available, two are 3000mm long and one 6000mm long. We perform circular bending of sheets of maximum thickness up to 10mm and width 2000mm. We do circular bending of pipes and profiles.

CUTTING - CUTTING We perform cutting services: Sheets with machine scissors with maximum thickness up to 15mm; CNC plasma sheets with maximum dimensions up to 30x2000x6000mm; Pipes on CNC plasma up to Ø 300mm in diameter; CNC gas cutting up to dimensions 200x2000x6000; Laser cutting on a table measuring 2500x4000 up to 20mm thick for steel, up to 15mm for stainless steel and up to 12mm for aluminum. Cutting profiles and solid materials with machine saws; Manual plasma is used to cut sheets up to 10mm thick and up to 100mm gas.

Punching - We provide CNC punching and sheet cutting services up to 6mm thick, table dimensions 1250x2500mm;

locksmith - Machines In addition to the locksmith workshop there is a department of machining by cutting. Scraping, drilling and milling services are possible. The maximum turning diameter is 300mm, the maximum length is 2000mm. The work area of the milling machine is 400x400x800mm. Stripping and punching INOX up to 3mm; We have a large selection of tools of different geometry for punching and averaging.
